Add a movable text or logo watermark to your image using our Image Watermark tool, then download the finished version when the placement is right.
Choose a watermark that serves a purpose
A watermark can identify the creator, reinforce a brand, or make an unlicensed repost less useful. Short names and simple marks usually work best. Long website addresses or dense logos become unreadable at small sizes and can compete with the actual image.
Placement and contrast matter
Test the mark in a calm but visible part of the image. A lower corner is common, yet it may disappear against a bright sky or a dark jacket. Use the opacity, color, background, and shadow controls to create contrast without making the watermark the dominant subject.
Use a logo when recognition is the goal
An image watermark is useful when a consistent logo already exists. Keep the logo proportional, avoid covering faces or key details, and review it at the size people will actually see. Export a separate watermarked copy so your clean original remains available for other uses.
